This painting is part of my floral series of Garden Portraits. In 2018 I had roommates who were avid gardeners, their own art of growing a floral garden had sparked my own creative urge. For about 2 years they allowed me to collect references and knowledge on every flower they grew. Most of my flower paintings are referenced from their garden art.
